With one eye on the future, USE* engineers are today heavily involved in the evaluation of potential future CADPLM solutions that will best support the integration of aftermarket lessons learned and revenue models into future product design and development.

USE* engagement in this area has proved useful in many instances in the past. Previous successes have included introducing process and deliverables connectivity between CADPDM and downstream publications; widespread evaluation and deployment/ integration of path-planning CAE toolsets; PLM integration of Service CAD data; PDM systems assessments; and Bill of Materials integration to better support the aftermarket business.
