USE* Technical Authors complete Simplified Technical English training course

9/3/2009

Key members of the USE* Publications team have completed a programme for Simple Technical English (STE) training.

Simplified Technical English (STE) is a widely recognised n authoring standard for the composition and structure of sentences in English, developed by the aerospace industry to help the users of English-language documentation understand what they read. STE also delivers a significant reduction in translation costs. The training, combined with experience that the team is building up through STE application, means that USE* will be fully qualified to support deliverables creation using STE in a few months.
