USE* IT has launched its Service Repair Times Database (SRTD Portal) tool to support workshop manual creation and publication for its Publications team working with a prestigious automotive OEM client based in the UK.

USE* IT has launched its first product based on the USE* Rich Portal Foundation.

SRTD Portal ( Service Repair Time Database ), allows efficient authoring of Service Repair Procedures for workshop manual publications, and collates and structures this information as labour time and workshop manual information. The tool is capable of exporting workshop methods (including graphics) as pure web or printable workshop manual deliverables (HTML, PDFs, XML, etc). It also includes a range of other functions, such as quality review management and the identification of operations and labour times applicable to roadside repair.
