UKSE have launched a Leadership Management Programme providing managers and senior team members with a recognised accreditation in management.

The UKSE Leadership programme has been supported by Business Link West Midlands and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). It allows the participants to join the ILM as well as achieve an NVQ in management.

The course consists of five one day sessions followed by a number of breakout sessions. Each member of the programme will also complete a project relevant to their day to day activities.

This is a positive step in helping to progress and grow the UKSE management team’s confidence and capabilities across a range of management functions. Once the course has been completed UKSE will be looking at assessing the impact throughout 2010.
